What you will master: Receiving and recording deliveries of stock into the business, dispatching stock safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate stock records and minimising losses, understanding and applying compliance in dispatch and receiving processes.

Course Structure: The qualification focuses on two core areas: Receiving Clerk and Dispatch Clerk. Learners acquire knowledge of accurate stock management, recording, and movement processes, with a practical emphasis on preventing shrinkage and enhancing accountability in the supply chain.
